- Copies of all documentation should be issued and made available to all the parties involved in the sale or rental.

- An agent may not pretend to be the owner of a particular property.

- Real estate agents may not lie or pressure clients in order to get a sale or sign an offer.

- Property Professionals may not change or alter the agreed listing price.

- Agents may not mislead potential buyers or make false statements with regard to a property's size, features or any other aspect.

- Beware of false promotion or advertising such as that a property's transfer cost is included, when in fact the price includes transfer duty.
