Before you ultimately decide on a real estate agent, first inquire whether he/she belongs to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. Second, ask to see his/her Fidelity Fund Certificate or NQF Level 4 Certificate (issued by the Estate Agency Affairs Board of South Africa).
