Over the past two years, a drastic change has taken place in the local realty industry: Females are in the lead when it comes to purchasing properties.
Women are becoming more economically empowered as they are obtaining senior jobs and offered increased opportunities in the public as well as private sector.
This is according to Zani van Wyk, Principal of Property to Link. She says that at least 80 % of her current buyers are female.

During the year 2021, this dynamic realtor partnered with another fierce female in the realty industry, Oni Mdumela to start Property to Link. Mdumela is the Principal Partner of Property to Link and Van Wyk the Principal.
"Although we have different backgrounds, we are united by the same business vision and values," says Mdumela. "We understand the fundamentals of property development, market conditions and external investments."
