Property to Link is absolutely thrilled to announce that Sheila Madumo will join the firm's esteemed management team.

Fresh insights
Sheila has an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology and an MBA. She has extensive experience in Human Resources as well as in the telecommunication, transport and public sector.
"Sheila brings a wealth of experience in dealing with people and teams, managing change and building cross-culture relationships," says Oni. "We believe that her experiences will help push our firm to the next level."
Together with Zani van Wyk, Principal of Property to Link and Oni, Sheila will play a pivotal role in the future success of Property to Link. "Sheila has always been very passionate about the real estate industry, so much so that she decided to leave her nine-to-five job in favour of realty."
Roles and duties
Some of Sheila's responsibilities will include being the liaison between Property to Link and the Community Schemes Ombud Services (CSOS) as well as the Real Estate Sector Education and Training Authority.
"Furthermore, Sheila will continue to forge new business relationships and create invaluable networking opportunities that will undoubtedly benefit Property to Link."
Oni will be continue to oversee property rentals and training to make sure that we continue to grow and prosper as a firm.
Zani, on the other hand, has an intense passion for skills development and training estate agents: This is Zani's area of expertise and will not change.
More opportunities
The exponential expansion, has led to the creation of two new positions: An administration and general office manager post to support Oni and Sheila in their daily tasks, and a senior property management role to oversee rentals and provide valuable support to Oni and Sheila with the CSOS and Body Corporate issues.
"We are actively searching for the perfect candidates to fill these positions, as we strive to maintain the exceptional standards that have become synonymous with Property to Link," confirms Zani.
