Describe yourself in three words: Committed, dedicated, precise.

What is the nature of your job? Purchasing or selling a property is probably one of the biggest transactions a person will undertake in his/her lifetime.

A realtor is there to help make the whole process less stressful. At Property to Link we will hold your hand and guide you through the entire process.

Real estate agents however do way more than simply list properties and find people their dream homes.

Amongst other things, I assist clients with rentals, meet and discuss the needs of both buyers and sellers, schedule viewings, take photos of the different properties, do listings, prepare contracts, liaise between all the involved parties, stage homes for viewings, canvas new properties and is constantly keeping an eye on market trends.

What do you do different from other agents? I am totally committed to get the best possible price for my client's property.

To me being honest and transparent (with both buyers and sellers) is paramount. It is about having integrity.

Doing the right thing for your client, no matter what you may stand to lose or gain from giving objective advice and counselling.

Selling or buying a property can be very stressful, with emotions running high.

Being a good mediator can help to defuse the situation, resolve issues and keep all the involved parties content.

What is the best part of your job? I love helping people find a place to call home: I have unbridled enthusiasm for my work. Being a realtor also gives me access to the African Dream: Freedom to pursue success and prosperity. As an independent contractor with a strong work ethic, my income as an agent is related to the time I invest in my work and I have been able to grow my business according to my principles and dedication.

What made you decide to enter real estate? I love houses and people and enjoy pairing the two; having the chance to enable buyers to fulfil their dreams and aspirations.

Another aspect is to be there for my family.

In today's fast-paced world it can be challenging to make time for your family.

Having family time to reflect on your day is the best. My children hold the key to my heart just like I hold the keys to your new home.

What is a trend you are experiencing? The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a demand for more spacious homes as many people are forced to work from home.

Numerous people opt for the greater freedom granted by freehold properties. This means a higher demand for homes versus a lower demand for apartments and townhouses.

What do you find challenging in the industry at the moment? There has been a remarkable swing from stock oversupply to stock shortage.
